When the pandemic hit, we offered free memberships and services to frontline heroes—healthcare workers, teachers, first responders, bus drivers, grocery staff, anyone who kept going for our community. We did this for over 4 YEARS! It was our way to give back, to support those risking their own health to keep us safe and moving forward during a time when we had no idea what to expect.
Since then, this program has expanded in ways we never imagined. Thanks to your commitment and input, we’ve developed specialized programs, added key professionals to our team, and created a space that feels safe and supportive because it’s filled with people who genuinely care. High Octane has become more than a gym; it’s become a sanctuary built by and for selfless individuals like you.
While our offers have evolved since those early pandemic days, one thing hasn’t changed: our dedication to supporting you. That’s why we’ve designed a comprehensive 3-month program that combines Physiotherapy, Psychotherapy, and tailored strength training. This isn’t just a workout routine—it’s a structured approach to building both physical and mental resilience.
Our program approaches your body with this understanding: everything is linked. We don’t just focus on one issue, but look from multiple angles. Each of our professionals will see your body and movement through a different lens, and they all offer something valuable. But when you only focus on one area (Fitness for example) without considering the others, any progress is often short-lived. Every discipline has its strengths—and its limitations. But when they all come together, that’s when the real magic happens.
Physiotherapy + Psychotherapy + Chiropractic + Massage Therapy + Athletic Therapy + Osteopathy + Strength Training + Endurance. When they all have the opportunity to come together, great things can happen 🙂
Training for 12 Weeks: Train in a supportive environment with access to exercise, therapy, and our team of professionals focused on helping you reach your full potential.
Body & Mind: Build strength holistically with the guidance of Physiotherapy and Psychotherapy, ensuring every part of you is on the path to wellness.
After the Program: Complete the 12-week journey, and continue your free gym membership for a year.
