In Season Training

Our trainers understand the demands of the competitive season. We offer tailored in-season training programs that are specifically designed to address the unique needs of your team. These targeted workouts are designed to help maintain and improve performance levels, while minimizing the risk of injuries, ensuring your athletes stay in peak condition throughout the season.

Off Season Training

Our off-season training is geared toward building a solid foundation of strength and conditioning. We work closely with your team to create a customized training regimen that targets specific areas of improvement. By focusing on strength, power, speed, and endurance during the off-season, we help your athletes develop a competitive edge and achieve optimal performance when it matters most.

Sessions & Pricing:

  • Personalized athletic coaching in a one-hour session, tailored to your unique goals and needs.
  • $100 per session, plus HST
  • Collaborative workout in a small group of 3-6 athletes, guided by a professional trainer. Sessions are one hour.
  • $200 per session, plus HST 
  • Boost your team’s performance with a dedicated one hour training session.
  • $200 per session, plus HST
